YOGA DAY CELEBRATION 21-06-2023 Yoga is very necessary and beneficial for us. It is a combined workout of the mind and body which enhances our brain functions, reduces stress and rejuvenates our body and soul. We observed International Yoga day in our school. All the students from V to XII Participated in it. Principal Sr.Mercy P.A inaugurated Yoga day celebration and Physical Education Teachers Mrs.Deepa M T and Mr.Shajimon K A co-ordinate all the activities.

ANTI DRUG DAY ON 26/06/2023 Anti Drug day is observed in Fuso English Medium School Pooparamba on 26/06/2023.School Assembly from 1st to XII is conducted on the same day at 11 am.Principal Sr.Mercy P.A presided over the meeting in the assembly. Mr. Ranjithkumar, Civil Exise officer from Sreekandapuram gave a meanigful speech about the abuse of drugs and it side effects.Mr.Sojan K J, Mrs.Jisha Thomas and Mrs. Jolly Sebastian coordinate the all activities. Master Cyril Jerrin from class X gave Anti Drug Pledge.Programme list is given below.

Doctors day was celebrated on 01/07/2023.Our XI and XII Students and Senior Secondary Teachers went to near by PHC and wished the Doctor.

The investiture ceremony for the academic year 2023-24 was held on 12th July 2023.The Guest of the event was Mrs.Tessy Thomas Head Constable Irrikkur. The oath taking ceremony was administrated by the Principal and the students took oath. After that the leaders were conferred with badges by Sr.Mercy Thomas and Sr.Treesa.

THE PTA GENERAL BODY MEETING. The PTA General body meeting for the academic year 2023-24 was held in the school auditorium on July 15 2023. The meeting started with a prayer . The presence of the Parents in large number was very encouraging. An awareness class about 21st century parenting was given by Mr. Nithin Nangoth [ Resource Person ] . The election to the PTA executive committee was conducted. The meeting strengthened the bond between the Management, parents and teachers.

The cultural fest for the academic year was held on 10th 11th of August 2023. Our chief Guest was Dr.Abhijith former student of our school.Principal Sr. Mercy Thomas , Manager Rev.Sr.Treesa and PTA President Mr.Anilkumar Inaugurated the function.Various competitions were held these days.

Fusco English Medium school celebrated 76th Independence day of our country on 15th August with great joy and enthusiasm. The programme started with a prayer at 8:15 am . Principal Rev. Sr. Mercy Thomas hoisted the National flag.Independence day message was given by Mr.Mathew Varambakath a Home Guard. Different programmes were held on the same day.

Our School celebrated Onam on 25/08/2023 with great enthusiasm. The programme started with a prayer. Different competitions were held and gifts were given to the winners.Delicious Onasadya was served to all the students, teachers and executive members.

September 5th , a day for teachers where the students to express their love for their teachers. We the Fuscoites also celebrated the teachers day in a grand manner, cultural programmes and variety games were arranged in which the teaching and non teaching staff participated with great enthusiasm

As per the guidance from the CBSE Board the cleaning activity related to Gandhi Jayanthi was conducted on 4/10 / 2023. Student from IV to IX and teachers also participated in it.

Unity day is observed in our school in great manner. On October 31st Principal ,Sr Mercy Thomas Inaugurated the function. All the students from LKG to XII took the unity oath.Unity run is conducted on 31/10/2023. Principal Sister Mercy Thomas flag off the run. Students from sixth to Plus Two participated in it. All the teachers from sixth to XII and PET teachers lead the run.

The highly anticipated Sports day was held on 9th and 10 Th November at Fusco English Medium School Pooparamba. The Annual Athletic Meet embodies the zeal, talents and spirit of sportsmanship of the students.The Chief Guest of the day was Mr.Albin Jose he was former student and Volleyball player.The day started with a prayer dance this was followed by the Inter-House March Past, a highly competitive event where the four houses eyed for the first place .After that lighting of the Olympic torch which was carried by Snobin Shajimon, Melrose Shiju, Tom Martin and Pheona Maria Sunny. After that Aerobics competitions for different houses are held and this was followed variety of sports events.it was a very memorable day for all the teachers and students who made the program very special.
