The school follows four periodical tests and two terminal examinations during the year. The second terminal examination is conducted as annual examination which includes the entire syllabus . Detailed progress reports will be issued to the parents after every term for their careful perusal and appropriate follow up action. Open days are conducted to discuss on the study and progress of their wards.
Re-test / Re- examination are not conducted for the absentees.
Students absent on genuine medical ground during examination shall be considered for promotion after assessing the weightage of the attempted examinations.
Pupils will have to correct their mistakes without fail as part of remedial measures. This will help them to improve in their academic performance after each round of tests and examination. Special permission is required for those who abstain from examination/ tests due to valid reasons.
Students shall appear for all examinations and attendance is compulsory. Pupils absent from any of the examinations without valid prior permission will not be considered for promotion to the next class. Even if the pupil is absent with prior permission, no re-exam will be conducted. Malpractices in any tests or examinations will result in immediate dismissal of the pupil. The progress of the pupil is assessed by means of tests, Term Tests and Activities held throughout the year.
Art, Physical Education, Value education and General knowledge examinations are also taken in to consideration for promotion.
